Your new role
Youll provide strategic people-focused leadership across Unitings Tasmanian early learning services ensuring safe high-quality and consistent operations that meet the needs of children families and communities.
This role is less about being an early learning specialist and more about how you lead. You will bring strong operational thinking problem-solving and a collaborative mindset to support Centre Directors and Service Leaders.
Youll work across a diverse portfolio of services meeting leaders where they are at. You will guide decision-making support risk and compliance requirements strengthen team culture and resolve issues with a calm solutions-focused approach.
This is a parental leave cover (approximately 9 months) but Early Learning is a growing division and for the right person future opportunities may emerge.
