Job Summary

  • Package up to $142493 pa. Package includes salary range ($113574 pa to $125720 pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Located in Greenacre with hybrid working arrangements

About the role:

The Contract Administrator (Capital Works) coordinates and delivers a range of project and contract administration services to support the effective delivery of Capital Works projects. The role is responsible for preparing and administering established contracts in accordance with approved Contract Management Plans FRNSW procedures and NSW Government procurement guidelines to ensure delivery of contractual obligations to agreed standards. This includes overseeing procurement and tender processes maintaining accurate project documentation and registers handover materials and monitoring project plans. The role also oversees procurement and tender processes to ensure compliance with operational requirements legislative obligations and NSW Government procurement guidelines.

About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience in contract preparation/administration and procurement experience in major capital works programs in Australia.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant statutory requirements including NSW building codes and regulations Australian Standards WHS legislation and quality assurance procedures with the ability to apply this knowledge in the delivery and compliance monitoring of capital works.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience in project coordination including procurement tendering contract preparation and accurate record keeping within a compliance or governance framework.
  3. Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
