What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone email and remote assistance tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues efficiently.
- Support clients remotely or onsite with a smile and a customer-first attitude.
- Collaborate with fellow engineers to ensure smooth system operations.
- Utilize critical thinking and established procedures to resolve client needs.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Install configure and maintain hardware software and network systems.
- Document all support interactions for transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably in an MSP environment).
- Experience troubleshooting M365 Windows operating systems and network issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
