Digital strategy
Defines channels programming priorities and creates plans together with the Media Network and Marketing teams informed by past content performance and expert understanding of current and potential future audience behaviour.
Constantly sharpens strategies of Owned and Managed channels identifies potential programming partner channels and builds consistent holistic programming and release plans across the network.
Generates word of mouth with the right content on the right account/platform at the right time
Analyze performance and translate data into actionable insights for content or channel strategy for driving smooth consumer journeys across platforms and for increasing reach
Briefs specific content needs with Content/social producer team to maximize performance depending on platform and goals. Develops activation plans with the Brand/Sports/Event and Communications departments to maximize reach of content.
Collaborating with other departments such as marketing sales and customer service to ensure a cohesive brand message and to leverage cross-departmental synergies.
Owned Channel Management
Oversees project programming plans for Owned channels and runs day-to-day programming and operations of Red Bulls Owned channels.
You will always be striving to find new and innovative ways of growing our reach with TR consumers via web app and TV solutions
Work with our partnerships manager to grow our distribution of Red Bull content in venues like restaurant hotels bars etc.
Social Media Management
Develop and produce social first content concepts around our marketing mix with a hyper focus on local relevancy.
To manage social producer team and giving guidance to the team
You would need to be in tune to not only platform updates and amplifications but also required to be in tune with emerging and trending sounds/challenges/conversations in order to proactively get ahead of trends and execute.
Qualifications :
10 years of experience in digital strategy/content programming or social media
Proven ability to increase key media metrics (views engagement etc.)
Excellent knowledge of social and digital media
Well organized team player with the ability to work under pressure excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills
Confident presenter and strategic thinker with new ideas to transform our marketing approach in the TR
Has a good sense of online trends and knows how to drive Word of Mouth online
Required to have past experience actually running social media accounts and/or programming websites and apps
Expert in identifying where consumers live digitally how they consume content and how to engage them with content according to their consumption behavior
Strong communicator knows how to constantly uplevel digital knowledge in the organization
Analytic thinking high affinity to data with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives
Hands-on not afraid to run accounts when needed
Curious open creative
Leadership skills good presenter and motivator
Problem solver and good mediator aligning and coordinating conflict of interest
Fluent in English.
