Tasks
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies customized for the Turkish market.
- Lead direct selling efforts to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding the customer base.
- Manage product portfolios including planning positioning and lifecycle management.
- Plan coordinate and deliver impactful marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Oversee and drive growth of e-commerce initiatives (preferred).
- Support the Country Manager in all projects and sales development activities.
- Act as a confident company representative and public speaker at events and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration or equivalent education
- Experienced manager with at least 7 years of work experience in Network-Marketing and 3 years of leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of the local market product management and licensing requirements and the ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities
- Excellent speaking and writing in Local and English languages
