Director of Sales
As a Heartist you will be the driving force behind our hotels sales performance with a strong focus on luxury hospitality and the international leisure market. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution creating impactful partnerships and ensuring our property achieves its ambitious revenue goals.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute proactive sales strategies targeting the luxury leisure segment
- Actively represent the hotel in key international and regional markets building direct relationships with clients and partners
- Generate new business opportunities across Leisure and Group segments
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Revenue and Operations to maximize hotel performance
- Build the foundation for long-term commercial success by shaping structure culture and processes
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven Sales leadership experience within luxury hospitality (luxury hotel background is a must)
- Strong exposure to international leisure markets and travel trade distribution
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Hands-on proactive approach with the ability to operate both strategically and independently
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
