YOUR SCHEDULE AS A TREATMENT AND PATIENT COORDINATOR

This role is available as full-time or part-time with schedules designed to support both patient needs and team workflow. Full-time employees receive the complete benefits package while part-time schedules and benefits are flexible based on experience skills and availability.

YOUR DAY AS A TREATMENT AND PATIENT COORDINATOR

As a Treatment and Patient Coordinator you will guide patients through their dental care with clarity and confidence. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing large treatment plans and helping patients understand the long-term investment benefits of their care. When not reviewing treatment plans you will greet and check in patients ensuring each visit is welcoming comfortable and positive. You will act as a patient advocate answering questions and collaborating with the dental team to provide comprehensive conservative care. Each day offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients oral health while contributing to a team-focused growth-oriented environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 6 months of dental field experience
• Confident and comfortable presenting and discussing dental treatment plans involving money
• Love for helping people and advocating for patients
• Sales-minded personality with the ability to guide patients through their care
• Eager to learn growth-focused and interested in building a long-term career in cosmetic dentistry
• Willingness to be trained and grow with the team embracing a culture of learning and collaboration
