Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage assigned domestic and international customer accounts and execute error-free transactions
- Receive validate and enter customer orders accurately and on time using PeopleSoft SAP and Origin Manager systems
- Coordinate logistics for export and offshore-sourced orders including carrier selection shipment setup and bookings
- Create and maintain customer profiles buying agreements and processes across global CS locations
- Track open orders and shipments to ensure requested and promised ship dates are met
- Create credits rebates and update RMA systems as required
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours regarding orders shipments and product information
- Build product pricing and technical knowledge to support RFQs and quotes
- Ensure Fiber Data Delivery (FDD) availability for customer shipments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning Shipping QA IT Finance Commercial Ops and Logistics teams
- Resolve customer payment discrepancies in coordination with Commercial Ops
- Support sales teams with reports analysis and special projects as needed
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- Strong initiative accountability and ownership mindset
- Minimal travel required (occasional trips to U.S. plants or customers)
