Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Manage assigned domestic and international customer accounts and execute error-free transactions
  • Receive validate and enter customer orders accurately and on time using PeopleSoft SAP and Origin Manager systems
  • Coordinate logistics for export and offshore-sourced orders including carrier selection shipment setup and bookings
  • Create and maintain customer profiles buying agreements and processes across global CS locations
  • Track open orders and shipments to ensure requested and promised ship dates are met
  • Create credits rebates and update RMA systems as required
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours regarding orders shipments and product information
  • Build product pricing and technical knowledge to support RFQs and quotes
  • Ensure Fiber Data Delivery (FDD) availability for customer shipments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning Shipping QA IT Finance Commercial Ops and Logistics teams
  • Resolve customer payment discrepancies in coordination with Commercial Ops
  • Support sales teams with reports analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team-oriented environment
  • Strong initiative accountability and ownership mindset
  • Minimal travel required (occasional trips to U.S. plants or customers)
