Shipping & Receiving Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Position Objective
The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day shipping receiving and operational activities to ensure accuracy efficiency and a high level of customer service. This role supports warehouse operations communicates with carriers and logistics partners and works cross-functionally with internal teams including an international back-office team. The position also provides general administrative and office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and process orders accurately within internal systems.
- Prepare review and reconcile shipping documentation including packing lists Bills of Lading labels and pick tickets.
- Verify inventory quantities and ensure accurate documentation is distributed to all warehouse locations.
- Communicate daily with Operations and Logistics teams to support timely pickups and deliveries.
- Coordinate with carriers dispatchers and drivers to schedule appointments and confirm arrival times.
- Assist drivers at check-in and provide required documentation.
- Maintain daily logs of carrier appointments contacts and delivery schedules.
- Upload and maintain repacking documentation and photos in shared systems (e.g. Google Drive).
- Support warehouse and office supply ordering in coordination with Operations leadership.
- Manage inbound and outbound FedEx and UPS shipments.
- Assist Sales with order status inquiries as needed.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally.
- Support temporary staffing administration as requested by Operations Management.
- Maintain organized warehouse and shipping records and recommend process improvements.
- Check and distribute daily mail; scan and forward documentation as required.
- Ensure office employee lounge and kitchen supplies are stocked and organized.
- Other duties assigned.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in shipping receiving logistics or operations coordination.
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Working knowledge of shipping documentation including Bills of Lading packing lists labels and pick tickets.
- Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and working with carriers and logistics providers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate records and structured workflows.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word).
- Experience with ERP WMS or shipping systems preferred.
- Able to work 100% onsite.
Compensation & Benefits through CGC:
- $23.00/hour paid weekly on Fridays.
