Were looking for a dynamic General Manager who can lead daily operations strengthen
homeowner relationships and embody Quarterdecks lakeside culture. This role blends
traditional hospitality leadership with strong partnership management balancing business
performance with people-first values.
What Youll Do
Oversee all resort operations lodging food & beverage guest services maintenance
and recreation
Build and maintain strong transparent relationships with Cabin Owners across the
property
o Serve as the key liaison for homeowner communication ensuring expectations
are met and voices are heard
o Coordinate with ownership on rental management programs maintenance
scheduling and shared goals
o Address homeowner concerns with professionalism fairness and hospitality
Lead a positive high-performing culture built on teamwork respect and accountability
Drive financial performance through effective budgeting cost control and revenue
generation
Recruit train and develop talented team members who embody our values
Oversee payroll financial reporting and vendor relationships with accuracy and
integrity
Ensure compliance with company policies and local state and federal regulations
Represent Quarterdeck in the community building partnerships and enhancing brand
reputation
Lead by example: visible approachable and hands-on throughout the resort. Conduct
regular property walks you lead by example not from behind a desk
Who You Are
3 years of hospitality or resort leadership experience (GM or AGM preferred)
Strong understanding of homeowner management and relationship dynamics
Proven operational and financial management skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Emotionally intelligent leader who motivates through collaboration and accountability
Hands-on adaptable and committed to creating a great place to work and stay
