Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead design strategy and execution across complex products. The role requires end-to-end ownership of UX/UI from user research and journey mapping to prototyping AI-powered interface design and lifecycle optimization. You will work closely with product engineering and data teams to ensure scalable high-quality user experiences that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX/UI design strategy across multiple product lines with measurable impact on adoption retention and expansion.

Design and implement AI-driven user interfaces including predictive and automated workflows.

Own end-to-end product design lifecycle: user research journey mapping wireframes prototypes usability testing and final delivery.

Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.

Collaborate closely with engineering product and data teams to align design with technical feasibility and business goals.

Conduct data-driven usability analysis and iterate designs based on user behavior analytics and KPIs.

Mentor and guide junior designers fostering a culture of best practices innovation and high-quality design output.

Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Design from a premier design institution
