As a hands-on Lead Designer you will spearhead the design evolution of our core Tech Platform. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and intuitive user experiences driving the visual and functional strategy for tools that empower global teams. This is a pivotal role for a designer who loves technical challenges.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience leading design for complex B2B SaaS platforms or highly technical software products.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and a strong portfolio demonstrating systemic thinking and visual polish.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
