About the Role:
Working Pattern: Typically 5 days in the office with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

-Design and support product ranges for Menswear product ranges.
-Respond quickly to briefs producing fast-turnaround designs as needed.
-Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and design direction.
-Research and recognise key trends translating this into elevated customer-relevant products.
-Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
-Collaborate with designers buyers merchandisers technologists sourcing teams and suppliers to deliver on time and to spec.
-Support with project-based collections as well as main range development.
About You:
-Must have strong experience of creating using tech packs and briefing to manufacturers.
-Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential.
-Having strong team work and people skills is a must for this role.
-Experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
-Must have Menswear fashion design background.
-Ideally you will have Retailer or Supplier industry experience.
