Senior Product Designer

You will lead the design of mobile and web applications focusing on subscription growth and user retention. This role involves taking broadly defined concepts and turning them into polished user-centric features. By leveraging data and research you will iterate on designs that drive measurable business impact and improve the overall user experience.

What you will do:

Design and iterate on end-to-end user journeys for mobile and web platforms prioritizing growth-centric features and subscription funnels.
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex user needs and business goals into high-fidelity prototypes and interfaces.
Maintain and evolve the internal design system while ensuring all designs meet high standards for accessibility and visual excellence.

The ideal candidate:

Has extensive experience in mobile and web product design specifically within subscription-based models or B2C growth-stage tech companies.
Possesses a portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design visual craft and the ability to move from ambiguity to clear tactical solutions.
Is proficient in Figma and experienced in using data and user research to justify design decisions and measure post-launch success.
