As a Senior AI Product Manager you will lead the evolution of our recruitment automation ecosystem by designing and deploying sophisticated AI agents. You will bridge the gap between complex machine learning capabilities and user-centric HR solutions driving product strategy to redefine how companies discover and engage top talent globally.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the product vision for autonomous AI agents that streamline recruitment workflows.

• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to prioritize and ship scalable machine learning features.

• Conduct deep market research and user discovery to ensure AI solutions solve real-world hiring pain points.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience building and scaling AI-driven products or autonomous agents in a startup environment.

• Deep domain expertise in HR tech or recruitment software to understand complex hiring lifecycles.

• Strong technical fluency with the ability to communicate effectively with machine learning engineers and stakeholders.
