Position: Head of Partnerships (LATAM) - FX industry
Location: Bogota Colombia
Work model: hybrid (3 days office 2 days home)
Employment type: Full-time Service Agreement / B2B Agreement
Remuneration: Base salary commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate regular meetings with partnership or business development teams to assess performance address challenges and plan strategic initiatives.
- Monitor market trends industry developments and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing sales and other departments to align partnership strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements relevant to partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities and support professional development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in Spanish (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and verbal. As well as good proficiency in English (at least B2).
- Must have experience from FX Brokers.
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior business development partnerships or management role (e.g. Head of Sales Business Development Manager Regional or Country Manager).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Finance or a related field.
- High level of professionalism integrity and a proactive results-driven attitude.
