Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Teleconferencing (VTC) and Mobile Device Support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for teleconferencing systems (VTC) and mobile devices to ensure seamless communication for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide computer resource and technical services pertaining to maintenance and modernization support of Flag Officer and Staff VTC systems in support of CNSL HQ located in Norfolk VA and their ashore commands.
- Provide configuration and end user support for government mobile devices.
- Ensure VTC systems are operational daily while ensuring the command is aware of any outages and scheduled maintenance.
- Schedule VTC resources and initiate video conferences
