DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Group in the development of industrial infrastructures and the provision of services and one of the major players in the renewable energy sector in Spain and Latin America. At this moment they are seeking for a Contract Manager for their headquarters in Madrid. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive contractual management of large-scale EPC projects. This role requires leading complex contract negotiations managing claims and amendments and actively participating in alternative dispute resolution processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full lifecycle management of contracts within EPC projects from tendering through contract closure.
- Negotiation and drafting of contract amendments and project change management.
- Preparation and defense of contractual claims.
- Participation in arbitration mediation and conciliation proceedings.
- Coordination with legal technical and financial teams to ensure contractual compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a Contract Manager in EPC project environments.
- Fluent in both French and English (professional working proficiency).
- Proven experience in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (arbitration mediation conciliation).
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating and drafting contract amendments and handling claims.
