- Lead A/B testing and experimentation programs to optimize user acquisition onboarding conversion and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with product engineering and data teams to implement tracking attribution models and growth loops.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel and CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads Meta LinkedIn programmatic) with a focus on CAC LTV and ROAS.
- Build and scale automated marketing workflows (e.g. drip campaigns re-engagement sequences) using marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify new growth levers and opportunities.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Own the customer journey from awareness to advocacy ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices and emerging tools in growth marketing AI-driven personalization and predictive analytics.
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Statistics or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in growth marketing performance marketing or digital strategy with a proven track record of driving scalable growth.
