Job Summary
- Emite la estimación de costes del proyecto
- Emite el Plan de Costes de Proyecto
- Responsable por el control de los costes
- Planificación de los pagos y cobros
- Colabora en la emisión de la estrategia de compras y contrataciones
- Informa el estado de los costes del proyecto
- Aprueba las certificaciones de pagos y emite la Solicitud de Pago para entrega al cliente
- Lidera la emisión de los pliegos de contratación
- Apoya en el proceso de negociación con los contratistas
- Define los cierres y gestiona los contratos con contratistas y con el cliente
- Lidera el cierre contable del proyecto
- Gestiona los posibles desvíos a los contratos
- Gestiona las demandas y los efectos legales del contrato con las entidades gubernamentales
Qualifications :
- TITULACIÓN: Arquitecto / Ingeniero de Edificación / Arquitecto Técnico
- IDIOMAS: Español / Inglés
- AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA: mínimo 5 años
- MANEJO DE PROGRAMAS: Ofimática / MProject / Autocad / Gestión de Costes / Planificación de Obra
- TIPO DE CONSTRUCCIÓN: Terciario (especialmente centros comerciales y oficinas) y Edificación Residencial de lujo.
