Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive and Process Manager to lead and manage a wide range of HR administrative and process-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in recruitment onboarding training employee performance management CRM process development system compliance and office administration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources & Recruitment :
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting resume screening interviews and selection.
    • Handle offer closures salary negotiations and finalizing employment agreements.
    • Plan and execute induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Identify training needs coordinate training sessions and support employee development.
    • Conduct periodic performance evaluations and monitor KPIs.
    • Develop monitor and report on HR KPIs to align with organizational goals.
  • Administrative & CRM Management :
    • Oversee day-to-day office administration including supplies facilities and support operations.
    • Document and standardize business processes across departments.
    • Define and implement CRM processes in collaboration with the development team.
    • Liaise with the head office development team to ensure systems are customized and functional.
    • Follow up on outstanding collections especially for retail media payments.
  • Process Enforcement & System Compliance :
    • Ensure strict adherence to defined systems and processes across all teams.
    • Conduct regular training on system usage and operational workflows.
    • Promote system-based operations to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency.
    • Identify process gaps and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have a BBA or MBA qualification.
  • A minimum of 4 years of total experience is required with at least 2 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Must possess strong skills in lead generation and communication.
  • Should have hands-on experience with HR processes including attrition retention Employee Self-Service (ESS) and employee engagement.
  • Awareness of ISO 9001 standards is required.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in HR KPI tracking or HR analytics.
  • Should demonstrate strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
