Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive and engaging instruction in English language literature and communication skills for Grades 11th and 12th.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans assessments and learning materials in accordance with board guidelines.
- Conduct regular classroom teaching interactive discussions and writing workshops to enhance students analytical and expressive abilities.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments projects tests and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in exam preparation including board exams and competitive entrance tests (e.g. JEE NEET NDA etc.).
- Collaborate with the academic team to review and improve teaching methodologies and curriculum delivery.
- Participate in faculty meetings parent-teacher interactions and school events to support holistic student development.
- Stay updated with pedagogical advancements language trends and educational technology to enhance teaching effectiveness.

- Bachelors degree in English (Graduation) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
- Postgraduate degree in English (MA) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

- Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent grammar vocabulary and literary knowledge.
