Qualifications:
-Vietnam qualified
-Good command of English (including drafting and negotiation)
-Over 5 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A Real Estate Construction Infrastructure Finance and/or general corporate law.
-At least 5 years experience in a law firm.
-University (LL.B) or higher level degree
Key Tasks:
-Working independently (under supervision of partners) to provide legal advice to clients;
-Performing due diligence reviewing drafting and negotiating transaction agreements (SPA SSA SHA Charter etc.) financial agreements (loan credit facility etc.) and other necessary documents/agreements in English upon instruction by clients/partners.
-Advising drafting submitting and following application documents for licensing works;
-Reviewing the works of junior members in translating and proofreading documents;
-Liaising with relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification;
-As a senior member of the team coaching and supervising junior lawyers and paralegals.
