Our client is a real estate cooperation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.
Lead guide and manage the Valuation team overseeing complex assignments and ensuring adherence to company standards and professional valuation methodologies.
Review and validate assumptions market data and financial models for valuation projects providing technical insights and expert guidance to the team.
Manage proposal preparation tendering processes and compliance with contractual obligations for valuation engagements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships identify opportunities for new business and contribute to key account management.
Deliver professional valuation advice and solutions ensuring clear communication and excellent service standards.
Mentor and develop Valuation Managers and Analysts enhancing technical expertise collaboration and team capability.
Continuously improve valuation methodologies reporting templates and workflow processes to drive operational efficiency and consistency.
Oversee team resources budgets and performance ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on portfolio valuations strategic projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Support the Head of Valuation in strategic planning business development and overall leadership of the department.
Requirements
Postgraduate degree or professional certification (MRICS/Registered Valuer) is preferred.
Minimum of 810 years of relevant experience including team leadership responsibilities.
Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Proven leadership team management and client relationship capabilities.
Strategic and business-oriented mindset with innovative solution-focused approach.
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of real estate markets valuation standards (RICS/IVS) and regulatory requirements.
Advanced proficiency in valuation databases spreadsheets and IT tools for data management and analysis.
