Role: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Horeca

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Horeca & Institutional business development across Gujarat.
  • Develop channel strategies to increase penetration and market share.
  • Manage and mentor a team of BDEs / Sales Executives.
  • Build and maintain key partnerships with major hotel chains restaurant groups and catering firms.
  • Drive revenue targets and ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and trade teams for channel activation and brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / MBA with 6–10 years of experience in the FMCG / Beverages Horeca segment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
