Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Horeca & Institutional business development across Gujarat.
- Develop channel strategies to increase penetration and market share.
- Manage and mentor a team of BDEs / Sales Executives.
- Build and maintain key partnerships with major hotel chains restaurant groups and catering firms.
- Drive revenue targets and ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and trade teams for channel activation and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate / MBA with 6–10 years of experience in the FMCG / Beverages Horeca segment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
