Job Summary
Business Development Manager – Project Funding
Locations: Sikar Ajmer Bhilwara
CTC: Up to 7 LPA
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred in Project Funding / Corporate Lending / Business Loans)
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire clients for project funding requirements.
Manage end-to-end business development cycle – sourcing meeting clients documentation and coordination.
Build strong relationships with builders developers corporates and intermediaries.
Work closely with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Project Funding Construction Finance LAP or Corporate Funding.
Strong sourcing network in the assigned territory.
Good communication negotiation and client-management skills.
Ability to handle high-value funding proposals.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
