Legal Consultant Financial Services (DerivativesISDA)

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets derivatives and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal professional with 4-8() years PQE with a focus in financial markets derivatives and regulatory frameworks.
• preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading but not required
• comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation

Responsibilities:

• The successful consultant will lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA etc ensuring precise and accurate documentation throughout the process).
• They will provide expertise on financial markets derivatives and regulatory frameworks with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations the candidate will also collaborate with internal departments to streamline the process and enhance efficiency.
• They will build and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel counterparties and other key stakeholders to support successful outcomes.
