They are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries follow up on orders resolve complaints and assist users with our Buy Now Pay Later service. The ideal candidate is patient detail-oriented and passionate about delivering great customer experiences.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls chat email and social media.
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist customers using the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option with account or payment issues.
- Handle complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales logistics and finance) to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support promotional campaigns by responding to customer questions.
Requirements
OND/HND/Bachelors degree in any field.
12 years of experience in customer service (preferably in E-commerce or Fintech).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM or support tools.
Patient empathetic and able to multitask under pressure.
