JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support a US-based client. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with US or international clients and demonstrate strong skills across administrative support customer communication sales support and digital marketing.
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Handle email management and follow-ups
Maintain organized records reports and documentation
Customer Support & Call Management
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualify and follow up on leads
Convert prospects into customers
Maintain accurate CRM records
Social Media & Marketing Support
Manage and schedule social media content
Engage with audiences and respond to messages
Assist with paid advertising campaigns
CRM & Tools Management
Manage workflows using GoHighLevel
Update pipelines automations and contacts
Use productivity and communication tools effectively
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an Executive Virtual Assistant or similar role
Prior experience working with US or international clients
Excellent spoken and written English with clear communication skills
Neutral to American accent preferred
Strong proficiency with GoHighLevel
Experience with CRM systems and calendar tools
Knowledge of social media management and paid advertising
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
