The Opportunity

Were looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation and organisational restructure. This role is critical in driving adoption minimising disruption and ensuring smooth transition across business and technology teams. You will be a senior change leader with proven experience of dealing with executives and senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.

What Youll Do

Own and deliver the change management plan for this program manager level role.
Conduct impact and readiness assessments; manage stakeholder engagement.
Build and run communications training and adoption activities.
Partner closely with program leadership architects and SMEs to embed change into delivery.
Track and report change progress risks and adoption metrics.

What You Bring

Strong background (10 years) in enterprise change management on large programs.
Experience leading change on technology initiatives.
Proven ability to work across complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Skilled in PROSCI / ADKAR / Kotter or similar frameworks.
