The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to support a large-scale transformation and organisational restructure. This role is critical in driving adoption minimising disruption and ensuring smooth transition across business and technology teams. You will be a senior change leader with proven experience of dealing with executives and senior stakeholders in a highly regulated environment.
What Youll Do
- Own and deliver the change management plan for this program manager level role.
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments; manage stakeholder engagement.
- Build and run communications training and adoption activities.
- Partner closely with program leadership architects and SMEs to embed change into delivery.
- Track and report change progress risks and adoption metrics.
What You Bring
- Strong background (10 years) in enterprise change management on large programs.
- Experience leading change on technology initiatives.
- Proven ability to work across complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in PROSCI / ADKAR / Kotter or similar frameworks.
