The Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) projectrepresentsa significant multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiative atOHVtransforminghow we deliver oral healthcare services.

We are seekingaChange Support Specialist with dental practice experiencetosupportthe successful implementation of Titanium Unity our enterprise-wide electronic oral health management system.

TheEoHRChange Support Specialist you willworkclosely with theEoHRChange Manager and Program Manager to support the human side of digital transformation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with OHV anddental agenciesto drive change initiatives
• Facilitating education and communication pathways to ensure smooth adoption
• Contributing toEoHRproduct testing and quality assurance
• Working directly with agency staff to design documentand implementEoHRworkflows

A bit about you:

• Relevant Dental Practice Experience:You have a minimum of 2 years of hands-onin dental servicesincludingproficiencywith dental practicesoftware.
• BuildsStrong Strategic Relationships:You build trustedrelationships with stakeholders across multiple teams within dental and oral health to enable collaboration resolve challenges early and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:Youdemonstrateexceptional communication skillsconnecting effectivelyacross all levels within the organisation to foster collaboration and drive shared ofdeliveringimpactful presentationstomotivate and engagekey stakeholdersto achieve goals and initiatives.
• Strong Attention to Detail:You focus on thesmall detailsto contribute to a well-organized efficient work environment allowing the team to stay focused productive and deliver high-quality results.
• Organisational and Time Management:You excel at working autonomously while effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities within defined deadlines ensuring the successful delivery of projectobjectives.
