The Technology Procurement Manager is responsible for extracting the maximum value from each of our
supplier contracts on behalf of our members.
This role is required to closely partner with the business on strategic sourcing initiatives contract
negotiation and procurement activities including but not limited to business case development RFP
design supplier selection contract negotiation and execution. You will work with procurement colleagues
to deliver continuous improvement across strategic sourcing/contracting processes at Rest.
- Lead contract negotiation and execution activities with technology suppliers.
- Build effective relationships with technology suppliers
- Build effective relationships with senior Rest team members
- Build and execute category and sourcing plans with business owners across a range of technology (e.g. software hardware SaaS cloud infrastructure) and corporate procurement categories
- Drive commercial and value-adds during negotiations with suppliers
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business or a related field.
Required experience understanding or credentials including:
- Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and procurement ideally within financial services industry with experience in the technology category.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment be successful in a facilitative role and create a positive and professional business relationship with internal stakeholders and external third-party service providers
