We are seeking a motivated Traffic Support Attendant to join our team. The attendant reports to the Lead/Manager on duty and is responsible for assisting guests in entering and in finding parking in the assigned parking locations (Mortgage Matchup Center Garage Jefferson Street Garage and Chase Field Garage).


What You Will Do:

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of designated areas including trash removal and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Support team members in setting up and taking down barricades for events or maintenance activities as needed.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patrons.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address any facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Continuously uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle dynamic traffic situations

Experience/Education

At least 6 months of customer service experience

  • Must be able to work weekends nights and holidays when required
  • Ability to work the entire event including pre- and post-event activities as needed
  • Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather visibility and volume conditions
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
  • Walking bending and ability to occasionally lift carry and put away parcels weighing up to thirty pounds
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and may include walking long distances and climbing stairs
  • Ability to take on any role within the Guest Services Team and switch roles as necessary depending on event requirements
  • Ability to Read Write & Speak in English. Bilingual is a plus.
