Job Summary
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client office at a minimum 5 days a month - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Actively collaborate across ambition areas and regional teams to bring our social impact partners and strategy to life.
Practice strong due diligence on all charitable partnerships to ensure minimal exposure to brand reputational risk.
Support an exceptional employee experience
You are a role model coach and champion for our Leadership Model. You consistently demonstrate empathy kindness and take the time to understand circumstances motivators and concerns in all interactions with employees colleagues and clients.
Support the creation and execution of reporting and briefing documents for executives and leaders at client location.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Manage Project financials (budget to actuals)
1. Manage Project resource allocation for 100 members allocated to vendor projects
2. Experience in financial analysis and management (e.g. project budget invoicing analysis and reconciliation)
3. Ability to quickly understand and apply business processes
