Job Summary:
The Project Control Officer supports the Northwest Region team in health system planning design and implementation. This role involves coordinating planning communicating and executing core project components ensuring timely and accurate information flow and supporting team leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Support team members in coordinating planning communicating and executing project deliverables.
- Gather updates and maintain project budgeting progress reporting action items and risk management updates.
- Work alongside project managers to provide updates escalate issues identify risks and lead project document deliverables.
- Develop project status reports and maintain status reporting logs.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Monitor the project document repository and ensure all documents are reviewed and maintained.
- Ensure timely and accurate information is prioritized researched analyzed and summarized.
- Manage the flow of communications to and from the office to facilitate the prioritization coordination and delegation of requests for information.
- Provide preliminary review and compilation of materials.
- Plan and oversee the scheduling of meetings speaking engagements and presentations and coordinate the preparation of background materials.
- Complete reports as required.
- Compose and prepare correspondence arrange travel plans itineraries and agendas and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Lead and participate in assigned projects by researching and summarizing topics.
- Attend meetings working groups and committees.
- Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously and proactively.
- Assist in coordinating the agendas of senior management and team-related meetings.
- Facilitate cross-regional coordination of travel and outreach plans.
- Ensure documents are kept updated and respond to requests for materials.
