Job Summary
- You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Bar and Restaurant
- Delegate duties among staff so all aspects of the shift are covered ensure concise handover to the next shift
- Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations
- Take all practicable steps to maintain a safe work environment following Accor Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedure
Qualifications :
- LCQ and GM Certificate preferred
- Good communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- High level of initiative
- Symphony experience preferred
- Willing to go above and beyond for the guests
