Your Mission - Build what truly matters
As Product Manager - US you will lead the build & the launch of our Senior Care product and scale a USready product experience long term. Youll validate productmarket fit with key operators drive the first US pilots integrate with priority EHR partners and translate real nurse workflows into repeatable product value that sets the foundation for sustainable growth.
Your Daily Business - turning insights into impact
Lead discovery with US nursing leaders and caregivers develop a deep understanding of user need & pain points and develop structured discovery & documentation processes following PM best practices.
Define clear product requirements and product success metrics; optimise for outcomes and iterate quickly
Plan and execute MVP pilots with key operators; synthesise insights into a focused roadmap
Drive technical integrations with priority EHR partners and related systems; manage integration tradeoffs
Partner with our GTM team to support on pricing and positioning and align on long term product strategy
Ensure privacy security and compliance with legal and security partners
Report progress and learnings to leadership; propose go/nogo and scaleup recommendations
Lay groundwork to seed a US product team postPMF.
Your Skillset - What you bring to the table
Extensive experience in Product Management shipping SaaS products ideally in healthcare.
Proven track in leading entire product domains or groups owning the long term product strategy.
Experience launching products into the US market and conducting discovery & user research.
You work discovery & hypothesis-led and have strong testing & product analytics skills.
Excellent stakeholder management across execs GTM partners and customers
Language: Fluent English (C1/C2). German a plus
Willingness to spend significant time onsite with US customers; travel as needed.
