As Engineering Manager for People & Processes in our Retail Platform domain youll take the lead on building an environment where our product teams can thrive. Your mission: to empower engineers ensure operational excellence and shape processes that help us scale reliably and sustainably.
Your Tasks

- DrivecapacityplanningandhiringinclosecollaborationwithRecruiting andotherstakeholders
- Improveandevolvedevelopmentprocessesthatbalancespeedquality andteamhealth
- EnableseamlesscollaborationbetweenProductManagersandEngineers
- Facilitatealignmentwithotherbusinessunitsandfosteracultureofcross-team support
- Promotepsychologicalsafetyinclusivity and openfeedbackwithintheteam
- Defineand track Service LevelObjectives(SLOs)ensuringreliabilityperformance andsecureoperations
What you bring
- Prior experience as a Software Engineer and deep understanding of modern engineering practices
- Several years of experience managing engineering teams ideally distributed and cross-functional
- A passion for helping people grow with a coaching-first leadership approach
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and remove bottlenecks
- Familiarity with agile principles and how to apply them pragmatically
- A hands-on attitude combined with a drive to continuously improve teams and systems
