We are looking for an RN Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our growing team! In your role you will update policy develop education programs and work very closely with your Clinical Nurse Educator. Communication will be key in this role as you liaison between interdisciplinary practice and nursing practice. You will have the opportunity to research current practices and new practices all while ensuring practices are uniform throughout the system.

In your role you will:

Education

• Masters Degree in Nursing required
• Graduate of a CNS program accredited by the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) required
• Doctoral Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• 2 years of clinical or education experience in area of specialty required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• CNS - Clinical Nurse Specialist required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
• NATIONAL - National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role preferred
• Additional certifications may be required by certain specialties/departments
