Team Red Dog is looking for a Game Producer/Project Manager to join our global technology clients dynamic team and help drive the development and delivery of innovative marketplace features for a large high-impact gaming studio. This fully remote role requires working standard PST business hours.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Project/Program/Producer Management (5 years): Experience leading complex technology or game development initiatives from concept to delivery ensuring on-time execution.
2. Cross-Functional Communication (5 years): Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to align goals and deliverables.
3. Technical Tools (5 years): Proficiency with Microsoft Office Slack Teams and RAS for documentation communication and workflow management.

• Author functional specs technical documentation and project plans.
• Create and maintain development schedules and milestones ensuring teams meet delivery goals.
• Collaborate across multiple disciplines to ensure projects move smoothly from concept through completion.
• Identify potential risks early and develop solutions before they impact timelines or quality.

The expertise you bring:

• 7 years of experience as a Program Manager Producer or similar role managing technical or gaming projects.
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of building maintaining and optimizing scalable applications and services.
• Proven ability to translate business and consumer goals into actionable development plans.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining effective production schedules for complex multi-phase projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced ambiguous environments and driving results independently.
