THE ROLE

Manage a small team both back and front of house overseeingfood production and service for all onsite retail catering and functions and events activity
Maintain effective customer and client relationships
Responsible for stock control budgets rostering mentoring & training staff
Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required

THE PERSON

Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery
Experienced inbulk cooking and functions catering
A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365
Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house
