Join our Docs & Notices team within Operational Excellence as a Continuous Improvement Analyst where youll identify and implement solutions that enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve customer outcomes. Youll collaborate across teams to drive innovation and deliver measurable results.
What Youll Do:
Analyse end-to-end processes within the Docs & Notices Platform to identify improvement opportunities
Design and implement changes that enhance productivity quality and customer service
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases and action plans for improvement initiatives
Monitor cost drivers and track benefits of implemented solutions
Engage with internal teams and vendors to refine business practices and share best practices
Support strategic initiatives that align with operational excellence goals.
What Youll Bring:
Experience in process improvement and data analysis.
Business process mapping with experience in ARIS mapping tool
Ability to develop innovative solutions and deliver outcomes within set timeframes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office SharePoint and data analysis tools (e.g. ThoughtSpot)
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma Agile methodology and insurance operations
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
