About Your Role
Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Data Analyst to work within ourChief Transformation Officer Division.
This position supports the implementation of digital and system initiatives by delivering accurate relevant and timely data insights. It collaborates with stakeholders to identify data requirements assists with data migration processes and helps enhance data quality and governance across client systems.
Your Key Focus
- Deliver meaningful data insights by creating reports dashboards and analytics to support informed business decisions.
- Manage end-to-end data migration processes (including ETL) ensuring data accuracy consistency and compliance.
- Extract clean and analyze data from multiple sources to enable system enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Promote and improve data governance practices by driving accuracy consistency and responsible data use across systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure data structures and solutions meet functional and reporting requirements.
What We Look For
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting including transforming and presenting data to support business decisions and system development.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or PHP for data querying and automation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights that align with business needs.
- Expertise in data extraction cleaning and validation from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Solid understanding of data structures relational databases and governance principles including data quality standards and compliance requirements.
