The Role

This role will be part of a specialised team of over 130 Real Estate professionals with deep industry knowledge and property sector expertise across the real estate investment market including funds management development asset management and leasing.

Partnering with the Property team you will be responsible for delivering performance management reporting operational financial planning investment and investment management analysis.

You will play a pivotal role in the team by providing financial planning and performance management for the Property portfolio.

You will also

• Support in management reporting including quarterly lease tracking fund dashboards market trend analysis and property board reporting.
• Co-own the performance management agenda for the Property division including property income expense management and capital allocation.
• Support in the delivery od analysis that enables commercial decision making including the annual portfolio budget lease deal analysis preparation of Forbury modelling and research outputs.

Your Background and Experience

You bring a degree qualification within business finance property or related with demonstrated experience in real estate markets valuations and lease modelling.

You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in financial modelling with exposure toinvestment analysis techniques and industry best you have worked withTableau software (tracking lease expiries - MIDAS) or Forbury and MRI modelling software.

Ideally you bring experience in commercial real estate preferably within AREIT funds management consulting research or valuations.

Finaly you have excellent communication skills as well at attention to detail you thrive on managing multiple projects at a time and you have no qualms working to pace. You enjoy building and maintaining relationships and you understand the importance of working within a team.
