Following our acquisition by Dollarama a leading global value retailer were investing in our systems and infrastructure to support our national store network. As part of this transformation were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Analyst to join our Technology team.

In this role youll provide day-to-day support for our legacy retail applications and assist in the deployment of new Point of Sale (POS) systems across the business. Youll play a key role in maintaining system health managing incidents and ensuring our store teams can operate efficiently.

As an Application Support Analyst you will:

Support legacy retail applications and assist with new POS deployments
Perform regular health checks to ensure system stability and performance
Manage and resolve incidents related to store-level applications
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes

What you will bring:

Experience supporting retail or enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage incident queues and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills especially when working with non-technical users
Experience with SQL or database querying (desirable)
Familiarity with POS systems or store operations is a plus
