Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking dynamic and visionary Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)for an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.
What Youll Do
Lead all nursing departments to achieve top-quality patient-centered care.
Drive Magnet standards quality improvement and workforce engagement.
Partner with senior leadership on policies staffing and compliance.
Create programs that support nurse recruitment retention and education.
Advance the organizations Magnet recognition and professional practice goals.
What Youll Bring
Active RN license in New York State.
Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration (required).
8 years of progressive nursing leadership including 3 years in an executive or director role.
Proven success leading or sustaining Magnet-recognized programs.
Strong skills in strategic planning operations and change leadership.
- Magnetexperience required
Preferred
Experience in urban or safety-net hospitals.
Prior Magnet Program Director experience.
Advanced certifications such as NEA-BC or FACHE.
