Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingNeuro ICU Registered Nurse Nights (Rotating Weekends)for an exciting opportunity inOcala FL.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience within the last 3 years; candidates with higher acuity experience or strong Med/Surg background considered.
Associate Degree in Nursing required.
Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (Florida license must be obtained within 60 days if relocating).
BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.
ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality compassionate and patient-centered nursing care in the Neuro ICU following established nursing models including Assess Perform Teach and Manage.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care plans supporting patient recovery.
Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions treatments medications and lifestyle follow-up measures.
Document care promptly and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
