Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Nurse Manager NICU Evening/Night Shifts for an exciting opportunity in Houston TX.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years recent acute care NICU leadership experience (Manager or Charge Nurse) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Current Texas RN license or multistate compact license (Texas RN required within 60 days of hire).
Current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director in coordinating NICU department activities aligned with the hospitals mission vision and values.
Oversee performance improvement initiatives and ensure nursing care follows the nursing process with ongoing evaluation.
Provide clinical support to staff.
Plan implement and evaluate patient care in Womens Services units.
Manage variable census and FTEs in a growing department.
Lead a high-impact NICU team in a woman-first environment committed to exceptional neonatal outcomes.
