What the job involves..

Leading the full marketing lifecycle from concept development through to performance analysis
Developing and executing integrated digital campaigns across all major channels
Creating engaging copy and visual content aligned with brand tone and values
Managing internal stakeholders and collaborating across teams to support strategic goals
Tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
Ensuring brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints

What you need to be considered..

45 years experience in marketing with a strong digital focus
Confident across all major digital marketing and social media platforms
Good copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience managing multiple channels and leading internal teams or partners
Strong data literacy and ability to report on KPIs and campaign performance
A self-starter who thrives in dynamic fast-moving environments

Bonus points if you..

Have experience in education training artisan development or start-ups
Are passionate about social impact and the future of work
