Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes throughout the Norridge and River Grove areas. This position focuses on delivering skilled nursing care and emotional support that ensures comfort dignity and quality of life for patients and their families.

Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments developing and implementing individualized care plans managing symptoms administering medications and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary hospice team. The nurse will also provide education and guidance to families throughout the hospice process.

Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
Associate degree or higher in Nursing
Minimum of one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)
Current BLS and CPR certification (training support available if needed)
Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance

Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday with flexible hours. No extended shifts and minimal weekend requirements.
